1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應(yīng)進行檢驗校定。

2、工作前應(yīng)開機空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時，應(yīng)立即停機檢查，切勿帶病工作。
