1、初擰扳手，可用電動(dòng)扳手也可用手動(dòng)帶響扳手。但無論用哪種扳手施工前都進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，以便控制初擰扭距值。手動(dòng)扳手作為終擰工具時(shí)，每班進(jìn)行標(biāo)定，并做好標(biāo)定記錄。

2、終檸板手：扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓是一種自標(biāo)量型螺栓，因此終擰只須把高強(qiáng)螺栓尾部螺栓頭擰掉即可，扳手不用標(biāo)定。

3、終擰緊固時(shí)應(yīng)注意，待梅花頭全部套入套筒后，才能按下電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)，若內(nèi)套筒只套入梅花頭尺寸的1/3～1/2長(zhǎng)度時(shí)按下電動(dòng)扳手開關(guān)，將會(huì)造成梅花頭打滑，并且影響套筒的使用壽命。
3. During final tightening, it should be noted that the electric wrench switch can only be pressed after all the plum blossom heads are inserted into the sleeve. If the electric wrench switch is pressed when the inner sleeve is only inserted into the length of 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the size of the plum blossom head, it will cause the plum blossom head to slip and affect the service life of the sleeve.
4、緊固時(shí)，終擰電動(dòng)扳手應(yīng)和構(gòu)件摩擦面保持垂直，扳手傾斜是很容易導(dǎo)致螺栓尾部梅花頭打滑，并易卡殼。
