2、對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)等級(jí)為一級(jí)，跨度40m以上的螺栓球節(jié)點(diǎn)鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)，其連接高強(qiáng)度螺栓應(yīng)進(jìn)行表面硬度試驗(yàn)。

5、對(duì)于高強(qiáng)度螺栓終擰后的檢查，扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓可采用目測(cè)法檢查螺栓尾部梅花頭是否擰掉；高強(qiáng)度大六角頭螺栓，可用“小錘敲擊法”逐個(gè)進(jìn)行檢查。方法使用手指緊按住螺母相對(duì)應(yīng)的一邊（盡量靠近墊圈處），用0.3～0.5kg重的小錘敲擊螺母相對(duì)應(yīng)的另一邊，如手指感到輕微顫動(dòng)即為合格，顫動(dòng)較大即為欠擰和漏擰，完全不顫動(dòng)即為超擰。由于超擰后螺栓可能出現(xiàn)塑性變形，為避免螺栓發(fā)生延遲斷裂，故超擰螺栓應(yīng)予更換
5.
